Nomination Guidelines:
One form per nominee or team. Please complete a detailed, comprehensive summary of the incident describing the outstanding performance of the telecommunicator(s). Providing supporting documentation – news articles, police reports, audio from the call or radio transmission, etc. – is strongly encouraged.
The selection committee assigns a score to each nomination based solely on the information provided. In order for the nomination to be judged appropriately, it is important to submit complete and thorough information about the telecommunicator(s), their performance and the incident. Remember, the submission is what is scored, not the incident.
Nominations can be submitted throughout the year. All nominations for the 2025 awards must be received by Friday, Feb. 7, 2025.
