Nomination Guidelines:

One form per nominee. Please complete a detailed, comprehensive summary of the incident describing the outstanding performance of the telecommunicator. Providing supporting documentation is strongly encouraged.

The selection committee assigns a score to each nomination based solely on the information provided. In order for the nomination to be judged appropriately, it is important to submit complete and thorough information about the telecommunicator and their performance.

Nominations can be submitted throughout the year. All nominations for the 2026 awards must be received by Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.
